Frequently Asked Questions

Can you build a machine to our own specification?

Yes. Most machines in this range are built to order, and parameters such as diameter range, motor power, voltage, control configuration and tooling can be tailored. Send us the process you need to run and we will confirm what is feasible.

What information do you need to quote a custom machine?

The material, the inlet size, the finished size, the target output and the voltage at your site. For a complete line, also tell us the layout constraints and what equipment you already have.

How long does a custom build take?

Lead time depends on the machine and is counted from the date the deposit clears and the specification is confirmed. It is stated in the quotation rather than assumed.

Can you match an existing machine from another supplier?

In many cases yes. Send the specification or drawings of the existing machine and we will tell you what can be matched and where a change is needed.

Are drawings supplied before production?

For custom builds, specification and drawings are confirmed in writing before production starts. Those confirmed documents take precedence over general catalogue descriptions.

What if the machine does not match the confirmed specification on arrival?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. Where the discrepancy is confirmed to be our responsibility, we arrange supply of the missing or incorrect part, repair, replacement or a partial refund.
