Descripción general

La máquina estiradora reduce el diámetro de la barra de acero redonda antes del procesamiento posterior y es igualmente adecuada para acero redondo y acero corrugado (deformado). Disponible en tres tamaños que cubren Φ6–10 mm, Φ6–12 mm y Φ6–16 mm.

What wire diameter range can these machines handle?

The range runs from small wire around 1.2 mm up to 25 mm rebar, depending on the model. Each machine has a stated straightening diameter range and cutting length range, both of which should be confirmed in writing before ordering.

How accurate is the cutting length?

Cutting length tolerance varies by model. Smaller machines are typically rated to about plus or minus 1 mm, while larger hub and hydraulic machines are commonly rated to within 5 mm. Straightening accuracy is usually stated separately, around 1 mm per metre.

Can it cut both round and threaded rebar?

Yes. Several models in the range are built for both round steel and threaded steel, and profile machines can also handle square, hexagonal and flat steel with the appropriate tooling. Confirm the material you need when specifying.

What is the difference between the hub type and the CNC hydraulic type?

Hub type machines use a rotating hub to straighten wire and are suited to a wide diameter range at moderate speed. CNC hydraulic machines use hydraulic cut-off with programmable length control, which suits repeat production runs and higher accuracy requirements.

How fast do they run?

Straightening speed is typically up to about 30 m/min on the larger machines, with small wire machines running faster. Actual output depends on cut length as much as line speed, since short cuts mean more cutting cycles per metre.

Can the machine be configured for our production line?

Yes. Cutting length range, motor power, voltage and control configuration can all be specified. Most machines in this range are built to order rather than supplied from stock.
