Overview
Our machines are industrial equipment, and most are built or configured to the specifications a customer confirms before production. For that reason our return and refund terms differ from those of consumer goods. This policy explains when a return, replacement, or refund applies.
Quotations and Orders
All prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices. The final price is quoted according to your confirmed specifications, including machine model, motor power, voltage and frequency, control configuration, tooling, and packing requirements.
An order is confirmed when we have received your written confirmation of the specification and the agreed deposit payment. Production lead time is counted from the date the deposit clears and the specification is confirmed.
Deposits and Cancellation
Because production capacity is reserved and materials are purchased for your order once it is placed, cancellation terms depend on how far production has progressed:
- Before production begins: the deposit is refundable in full, less any bank charges actually incurred.
- After production begins but before completion: cancellation is assessed case by case. Material and labour costs already committed may be deducted from any refund.
- After completion or shipment: the order cannot be cancelled. Please refer to the warranty and spare parts terms below.
Damaged or Non-Conforming Goods
We inspect and photograph each machine before packing, and we pack for sea freight using export-grade packing. Even so, problems can occur in transit or during commissioning.
If you receive a machine that is damaged in transit or does not match the confirmed specification, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and, where possible, before installation begins. Please provide:
- Your order or invoice number
- Photos or video showing the condition of the machine and its packaging
- A short description of the discrepancy
We will review the report and, where the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, arrange one of the following at our discretion: supply of the missing or incorrect part, repair, replacement of the affected component, or a partial refund.
Damage caused by improper handling or storage after delivery, incorrect installation, incorrect power supply, unauthorised modification, or use beyond the stated operating parameters is not covered.
Warranty
Machines are supplied with a 12-month warranty from the date of arrival at the destination port, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.
The warranty covers the supply of replacement parts. Labour, travel, and shipping costs for warranty parts are discussed case by case. Consumable parts — drawing dies, blades, belts, bearings, seals, and similar wear items — are excluded, as their service life depends on your operating conditions and maintenance.
To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, machine model and serial number, a description of the fault, and photos or video. We may ask for diagnostic information or, for complex faults, arrange a remote inspection.
Returns and Refunds
Because of the size, weight, and freight cost of industrial machinery, we do not operate a general change-of-mind return policy. Returns and refunds are accepted only where we have confirmed in writing that a return, replacement, or refund is the agreed remedy for a warranty or non-conformity issue.
Where a return or refund is agreed in writing, it is handled as follows: the machine must be returned in its original or equivalent export packing; return freight and any restoration costs are allocated as set out in that written agreement; and the refund is paid by bank transfer to the account used for the original payment, or to another account you nominate in writing, within 14 business days of the agreement being confirmed. Bank charges and any currency conversion difference are allocated as set out in the same agreement.
Spare Parts
We supply spare and wear parts for the machines we sell, generally for at least 5 years after the model is supplied. Please quote your machine model and serial number when ordering parts so we can confirm compatibility.
Specifications and Quotations Prevail
The specifications, drawings, and quotation confirmed in writing for your order take precedence over general descriptions, catalogues, website content, and marketing material. Where a description on this website differs from your confirmed specification, your confirmed specification governs.
Quotation Validity
Unless stated otherwise on the quotation itself, quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After that period prices may be revised to reflect changes in raw material costs, exchange rates, and freight. Prices are exclusive of import duties, taxes, and destination charges unless expressly stated.
Product Images and Illustrations
Photographs, renderings, and illustrations on this website are for reference only. Machine colour, guards, covers, control cabinet layout, and minor external details may differ from the images shown, particularly where a machine is customised or updated. Such differences do not constitute a defect or a non-conformity, provided the machine meets the confirmed specification.
Export, Duties, and Taxes
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, prices are quoted on the trade terms stated in your quotation (for example FOB or CIF). Import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, and local delivery at destination are the buyer’s responsibility. Delays caused by customs procedures are outside our control.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and any contract formed under them are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation does not resolve the matter within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules then in effect. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim relief from a competent court.
